Who I am

I’m Hassan Javed. I run seohealer.net and decide how your personal data is used (the “data controller”). To reach me about your data, use the contact form.

What I collect

If you use the contact form: your name, email address, website address (optional) and your message. If you contact me another way, whatever you choose to tell me.

Why, and the legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a project. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering messages sent to me, and steps you ask me to take before a contract.

Where it goes

Form messages are emailed to my business inbox and also saved in this website’s database. Hosting and email are provided by Hostinger. The redesign concept previews on this site are hosted separately on Cloudflare and load from there when you view them. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your device’s IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.

How long I keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case I keep records as the law requires.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites.

Sharing

I don’t sell your data. I only share it with the service providers above, who process it for me.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Use the contact form and I’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
